What is technology?

Technology is purposeful application of information in the design, production, and ultilization of goods and services, and in the organization of human activities.

Then what is the development?

The process of economic and social transformation that is based on complex cultural and enviromental factors and their interactions.

So for these statement we can conclude in the simply words that technology development is the developing of technology which it have a process.

Such as power roads. Power roads have a same system with power house. The ideas is that over the course of their lifetimes all constructions, including roads and bridges, should generate more energy than they consume.

The energy use during the construction of roads must be reduced. Then the finished roads and bridges can generate energy. We can install the solar panels on the bridge then the wind turbines can be integrated into the constructions. And we can exstract energy from the curennts and waves in the water bellow the bridges.
