Malang University is the biggest private university in east ajava. Get the ‘A’
accreditation. Have 3 campus location, which it central in the campus 3.
Located in Jalan Raya Tlogomas 246, Malang city. Started in 1964 this
university have most white building then it become called as ‘white campus’.

Malang University rectored by DR.Muhadjir Effendy, MAP. At the first time Muhammadiyah
Malang University just have 3 faculty and was the branch of the Muhammadiyah
Jakarta University. But since july 1, 1968 Muhammadiyah Malang University was a
individual universty in a legitimate.
Now, Muhammadiyah Malang University have
more than 26.500 student for diploma student, s1, and s2. In the social
science, excact science, and religious science.

Malang University have so many culture student. The student come from almost of
all the province in indonesia. Moreover from another country like singapore,
malaysia, timor leste, and australia.

Malang University have 10 faculty and 1 postgraduate. And also have some scholarship
cooperation such as: Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, Toyota Astra Scholarshio, New
Zealand ASEAN Scolarships, etc. And also have international coorperation such
as: Erasmus Mundus, ACICIS, Peace Corps Amerika, Bgp Engineering Netherland,
AMINEF, AIESEC, EESTEC, USAID, AUSAID, American Corner, Iran Corner, etc
As
a big university, Muhammadiyah Malang University have academic facility, non
academic facility, and creativity facility. So it make the learnig proces get
easy, eficient, and move up, also comfortable.

Malang have a achievment that is as a good university, Muhammadiyah Malang
university get admisson from external instance. This is BAN-PT (2013) give ‘A’
accreditation. Get the AKU award East Java since 2008. Runner up Adi Upaya Puritama
Kelas II (For Rusunawa), Runner Up ASEAN Energy Award, Awarding by USA as A
Host Peace Corps USA since 2010.
Most
of the student in this college are muslim, but in Muhammadiyah Malang
University have a big tolerance for another religion. They were in a same
college and they can be a friend just like a normal friend. They can be mixed
like there is no contradiction.
